A single-origin coffee from Aceh, Takengon, Indonesia, grown by the Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan cooperative. With medium acidity, a syrupy body, and tasting notes of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and earthy depth, this Tim Tim, Typica, Ateng, Onan Ganjang, and Jember coffee grows at 1,100-1,600m and is processed using the traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulling) method for a long, lingering finish. Available whole bean, standard, coarse, or espresso grind.
